How do you ensure my vinyl arrives safely?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records to prevent corner dings and surface damage during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a record's shrink-wrap is removed, it can only be returned if it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What does 'Limited Edition' or 'Exclusive' mean?
These items are pressed in restricted quantities and often feature unique colors or packaging. Once they sell out, they are unlikely to be repressed in the same format.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
